In addition to the skiing in Montriond itself the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Portes du Soleil ski resorts of Abondance, Avoriaz, Châtel, La Chapelle d'Abondance, La Grande Terche, Les Gets, Morzine, Saint Jean d'Aulps, Champoussin, Champéry, Les Crosets, Morgins and Torgon.

With ski lifts as high as 2,200m 7,218ft , snow cover is generally reliable.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Montriond is Geneva, 44 minutes drive away.

Annecy, Berne, Sion, Chambery, Grenoble, Lyon St-Exupéry and Lyon Bron airports are all within three hours drive.

Geneva is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

Reaching Montriond is straightforward, with Geneva Airport being the nearest major hub, approximately 1.5 hours away by car. Regular shuttle services and transfers make it easy to access the resort.
