Skiing
The resort features the impressive Roc d'Enfer mountain, with an elevation of 2,227 meters and a ski area of approximately 50 kilometers. Notable pistes include the blue 'Les Pichots' and the red 'Les Folliets', served by lifts such as the Châtel gondola and the Télésiège de la Chapelle.
There are a variety of pistes to suit all levels of skier ability, from Beginner to Expert.

How to get there
By Air
The nearest airport to La Chapelle d'Abondance is Sion, 64 minutes drive away.
Geneva, Annecy, Berne, Chambery, Basel, Lyon St-Exupéry, Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, Grenoble and Lyon Bron airports are all within three hours drive.
Sion is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.
La Chapelle d'Abondance is accessible via Geneva Airport, approximately 80 kilometers away. The journey can be completed by car or shuttle service, with routes well-marked and scenic.
