Small and spread out traditional village at the foot of Mont Blanc. It has a famous World Cup run and is home to 1962 Champion Emile Allais.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Les Houches is Geneva, 51 minutes drive away.

Annecy, Sion, Chambery, Grenoble, Turin Caselle, Lyon Bron, Lyon St-Exupéry, Berne and Milan Malpensa airports are all within three hours drive.

Annecy and Geneva are just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

The 17 ski lifts are able to uplift 16,000 skiers and snowboarders every hour.

Snow Making

Snow-making is available, on 12km7 miles of ski runs, with 110 snow cannons.

Season Dates

When is Les Houches open?

We don't currently have confirmed season dates, but hope to soon.

Usual opening is mid December, and usual closing is Mid April.

NOTE:- Ski area, lift and piste opening is subject to Current Snow Conditions.
