The ski area around St Gilgen features over 140 kilometers of varied slopes, with the highest elevation reaching 1,800 meters. Notable pistes include the panoramic run from the Zwölferhorn and access via the Zwölferhornbahn lift, offering breathtaking views and well-groomed trails.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to St Gilgen is Salzburg, 34 minutes drive away.

Linz, Munich, Innsbruck Airport, Graz, Klagenfurt and Ljubljana airports are all within three hours drive.

Salzburg is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

To reach St Gilgen, fly into Salzburg Airport, which is about 45 kilometers away. From there, a scenic drive or shuttle takes you through the beautiful Austrian countryside to the resort.
