Pitztal Summary

The Pitztal Ski Area includes 3 Austrian Ski Resorts with a combined total of 48km30 miles of downhill skiing, with 40 marked pistes, served by a total of 22 ski lifts. The appropriate Lift Pass allows you to ski or snowboard in any of the ski areas of HochZeiger, Pitztaler Gletscher and Rifflsee.

The ski resort itself is at 1,740m5,709ft, so skiing or boarding back to the resort is usually possible. With ski lifts as high as 3,440m11,286ft, skiing and snowboarding is assured throughout the season.
