Also easily accessible from Olten is Melchsee-Frutt above Sarnen near Lucerne, on a high plateau at 2000 m.
Near Zurich you have got Flumserberg and Toggenburg (Wildhaus, Unterwasser) All are perfect for intermediates, snow conditions permitting !

Innsbruck is a busy working city and as such has all sorts of restaurants and places for night-life. I would go to one of the nearby villages, one of my favored is Neustift in the Stubaital, skiing at the Stubai glacier is great. Only drawback February is high season and half of Germany will be on holiday in the Austrian mountains.

If money is no object then why not, just make sure the guide goes at your pace not the other way around. Otherwise just grab a ski-piste map at the lift-pass ticket counter.
Here is some info. about places to go/what to do: http://www.ultimate-ski.com/Ski-Resorts/Switzerland/Davos/index.html

HI,

Don't know if you have seen it yet, here is a link to the resort web site and you should try to make arrangements for lessons before you go, sorry I have no recommendations: http://www.arosa.ch/sites/special_experiences/winter.html
It is generally always quite cold up there, other wise it's a very nice place and you will like it. Chur at the bottom of the valley is a very pleasant town with excellent shopping, just in case.

PS. for your next short ski trip have a look at Flumserberg or Pizol Bad-Ragaz about 1:30 hour by train from ZRH airport,
