Important Information
Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. The property is located on a mountain area that's not accessible after 19:00. Guests must take a city shuttle or taxi to enter the Kamikochi resort. Parking is not available and guests cannot enter the property in their own vehicles. Please note the hotel cannot accommodate any dietary/meal requests for vegetarians, food allergies etc. Only Western meals are available on site.
