Piece Hostel Sanjo offers private and dormitory rooms in the heart of Kyoto. Featuring a lounge and terrace of modern design, the property is located within walking distance from Sanjo Station on the Keihan Line, Karasuma Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line and Kyoto Shiyakusyomae Station on the Tozai Line. Free WiFi is available throughout the property, while pocket WiFi can be rented at the front desk.

Group members must all be 18 years old and above.

Group bookings are not accepted during peak seasons, such as the golden week, Gion festival period or the Obon season.

Please contact the hostel about the cancellation policy if you are booking for a group of 10 people or more. The property may not be able to accommodate a booking by the same person for more than 21 people.

Guests who plan to arrive after 00:00 must inform the property in advance via email. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation.

Please note that the maximum occupancy of the double rooms, 2 persons, includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability.

Reservations with invalid credit cards may be canceled by the property, if the guests fail to provide another valid credit card information within 24 hours after notification.

Room cleaning service is only offered for stays of more than 5 nights.

An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.
