Eat-in kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle) with a large dining area (corner seat). 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2x single beds, sink and toilet (no window in the room) 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2x single beds and shower/toilet (no window in the room) 2 bedrooms have no windows, but automatic ventilation. 1 bath/shower. 1 separate toilet. There is a carpentry workshop above the apartment and you can hear the noise of the machines during the day.
