Val T is good on a clear day but once any cloud comes it is an awfull place. No trees and everything is just white. I had to ski back to Meribel in a white out once and it was so scary untill we got lower and coud see the side of the piste.
It's a nice place to ski but I would not stay there.
When in doubt?....Flat out.

Having stayed in 4 of the 3V resorts, I think Meribel Mottaret is the best base.
We stayed here last year and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Felthorpe, is that the Cascades run? Fabulous run if it is.
