Strange question for someone's first post.
I suspect this is someone else posting under a different name in order to provoke discussion.

Hate is a strong word. I haven't come across anyone who hates any ski resort. There are however places I have visited which I liked a lot more than others, and in terms of my list of favourite places I have skied at, Niederau happens to sit at the very bottom. It is not somewhere I have any intention of ever visiting again. But I certainly don't hate it, and I don't think you'll find anyone who does.

As you'll be aware if you've been looking on this site for a while now, there is a small and passionate band of regulars to Niederau. That suggests to me that some people find something about the place they like, enough to return year in year out. Everyone's different, and anyone's entitled to their own personal opinion.

Anything else you want to ask whilst you're browsing?

Worst turbulence I ever had was out of Munich. Don't wanna even think about it!!

Hello . Niderau. Is a gt place to lean to ski . Very friendly place with a great atmosphere. Visited two years ago with my partner having beginner lessons. Having skied before I found I could ski the mountain in a day but that did not bother me because my partner was having great lessons. While the the two girls enjoyed their lessons we enjoyed a beer and the view.

Well, I'm off there this weekend so hoping for another enjoyable week.

I think there are far too many Niederau threads on this site. Maybe its time for a separate Niederau board?

To be fair Tony_H it ain't like this is the busiest forum in the universe......so hardly like the Niederau chatter is drowning out everything else!!!

People are free to start threads on any ski area, and you are free to ignore anything with the N word.

So don't groan about the N posters......the issue that nobody comes to talk about other areas enough.

We arrive in 4 weeks....looking at the ski cams it looks like the snow is heavy!
