Hello, we are off to Belle Plagne on friday. However, my travel company has advised me that I need to take my V5 log book (which is not good since I cant find it at the moment and am beginning to panic!!)
Do I really need to take it?
Thanks

Definately need it. Have been stopped for checks in France, Austria, Germany & Switzerland all wanted to see it.

looks like I will be on the phone to the DVLA tomorrow morning at 8am, and hoping it arrives by Thursday.
Failing that, we will be taking the wifes car instead!

Valuable lesson learned for next year :(
