The resort is situated on the slopes of Mt. Naeba, offering 14 ski runs with a total length of around 15 kilometers. Notable pistes include the 'Gala' and 'Yuzawa' runs, serviced by the Shinkansen lift and the Gala Yuzawa gondola, reaching an elevation of 1,181 meters.

How to get there
By Air
The nearest airport to Gala Yuzawa is Niigata, 112 minutes drive away.
Tokyo airport is also within three hours drive.
Gala Yuzawa is easily accessible via the Joetsu Shinkansen from Tokyo, with a direct train ride taking about 75 minutes. The resort is located just a short walk from the station, making it very convenient for travelers.
