Skiing
Furano features two main ski areas: Furano Zone and Kitanomine Zone, with a combined area of around 1,000 acres. The highest elevation reaches 1,109 meters, with notable pistes including the Kitanomine run and the Furano Downhill, serviced by lifts such as the Furano Ropeway and the Kitanomine Gondola.
There are a variety of pistes to suit all levels of skier ability, from Beginner to Expert.

How to get there
By Air
The nearest airport to Furano is New Chitose, 121 minutes drive away.
To reach Furano, the best route is via New Chitose Airport, approximately 2 hours away by car or bus. Direct buses also connect the airport to Furano, making travel convenient for visitors.
