Family owned and operated, we take pride in our casual hometown hospitality, right in the heart of Deadwood, South Dakota. Nestled in the Black Hills, just steps from Historic Main Street, our captivating 130-year-old building blends Victorian-era character with Western charm.

Stay in one of our unique, historic guest rooms, enjoy handcrafted stone-baked pizza from Three Cousins Pizza, or unwind with live music and drinks down in the basement at Stan & Ollie’s Pub. Whether you’re here for a special event, gaming, sightseeing or outdoor adventure, the Iron Horse Inn offers a unique stay with free on-site parking, all within walking distance of the town’s best attractions.

We are now in the process of upgrading two of our guest rooms to accommodate our Club at Iron Horse Members. We are doing our very best to be mindful of our in-house guests comfort and quiet. To accommodate that concern, our in room construction will only be done Monday - Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, with no construction being done from Friday at 3:00 PM thru Sunday evening into Monday morning at 9:00 AM.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
