Our apart-hotel works remotely, check-in using a safe with keys, located near the front door. The code for the safe with keys is sent to your e-mail and SMS phone number (specified during booking) on the day of your check-in before 15.00. (It is not possible to receive the code for the safe earlier!).
Please note that there is no elevator in the building. Access to the upper floors is possible only by stairs. You can contact the administration before arrival to clarify the floor of the booked apartment.
The name on the credit card used to make the reservation must match the name of the guest staying in the apartment. When booking by a third party, you must fill out an authorization form and provide a copy of that person's ID and credit card. Parking in the yard is paid and upon prior request.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
