Located in the medieval village of Giez, this residence is situated opposite Lake Annecy Golf Club. It features a tennis court in the garden, 2 swimming pools and a sauna. Each apartment is equipped with a TV and most feature a balcony or a terrace.

This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed and bath linen is available at an additional cost and should be reserved before arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and is also available at an additional cost. Reception is open from 16:00 to 19:00. Please call the reception if you wish to arrive outside of these hours in order to prepare a late arrival. The swimming pool and tennis courts are not open on Sundays and Wednesdays, except in July and August. For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.
