Located 1400 metres above sea level on the south side of the Schmittenhöhe Mountain in Zell am See, Berghotel Blaickner's Sonnalm cannot be reached by car but only by the Sonnalmbahn Cable Car (last cable car 16.30).

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Berghotel Blaickner's Sonnalm in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that Berghotel Blaickner's Sonnalm can only be reached by the Sonnenalmbahn Cable Car. Please note that this cable car only operates between 08:30 and 16:30 in winter and between 09:00 and 17:00 in summer. There is no other possibility to get to the valley after 16:30. Please note that the restaurant does not serve halal food.
