Oh dear. Its starting to sound as if it could tale off into one of those holidays where you feel everything is not as it should be. Get on the phone tomorrow and make a complaint and ask for some assurances.

As for the flight, its interesting as its not a route Easyjet do, so they must be chartering some Easyjet flights to cover it this season. You would normally fly out there with GB Airways, a subsiduary of BA.

BA do not charge for ski carriage. Inghams as a tour op make the charge. I wrote about this on the other thread. Its not the airlines who make a charge. BA actually state a policy of free ski/board carraige, subject to new weight and size limitations, but you should not have to pay if you are travelling BA, irrespective of the tour operator telling you you do. You can actually turn up with BA and not have booked for ski/board carriage and not be charged, whereas with charter airlines they might make you pay if the tour company reps are on duty at the airport.

I hope Inghams can give you some assurances about the accommodation, and also that as you have paid for carriage already, you wont have anymore to pay for.
I wonder whats happened to the GB Airways flights to Kuusamo then?

Yes definately on the phone to Inghams to-morrow. I have been lurking on a Lapland forum and some people are off in 3 weeks and have just received their tickets etc, and they have all been told their flights have changed to EasyJet, and they are flying from different airports all over the country. But have said that Inghams have included a £10 cheque per person for inflight food. It must be some sort of deal Inghams have with Easyjet. These are all chartered flights.

Given the choice, not that you often get one, I'd fly Easyjet over Ryanair anytime.
