To qualify as vaccinated you need both jabs in France. There can't be many 12-15's in UK who have had both as they only approved second jabs for this age group on Friday and it needs 12 weeks between jabs. The bigger problem is under 16's can't use the NHS app and therefore cannot prove their status. UK doctors refuse to issue "certificates" of vaccination or recovery within 6 months.

I suspect their only option will be daily antigen testing at the professional" test centre at €25/day.

I wonder if this is a bait-and-switch sales technique? Get people into the resort only to explain "new" rules mean daily testing for teens? I hope they have built sufficient test capacity otherwise it'll be an absolute nightmare.

How can under 16 year old Brits prove they've had COVID, or two jabs, given the NHS app only works for those aged over 16? I reckon most under 16 Brits will struggle to prove they've had COVID in the last 6 months. Is this just to encourage people to continue with their holiday before revealing that actually, because of some admin confusion, daily €25 antigen tests are required if they want to use the lifts?
