When you say 5 minutes walk - is this in ski boots with skis etc?

Is there Wifi in the Marsala?
Were the slopes busy?

Its probably closer to 10 minutes in ski boots with all your kit, although the further into the week you get the easier it is. I can't justify getting the bus for such a short journey.

From the conversations I overheard (not that I'm one for eaves dropping) they usually have wifi but for some reason it had been turned off and they were having to use the internet cafe in the Quiksilver coffee shop.

The slopes were quiet but then it was January. February tends to be a bit of a bun fight until after half term (which I think is when you go). We didn't queue once, brilliant.

You will have a great time :D
20 years and counting...

A more important question for me is ~ how many more years can I go for. I still work hard on technique, am faster than ever, but nothing goes on forever!

That crossed my mind last week when we had a bloke who must have been pushing his 80s staying in our chalet. He always seemed to be the last of his group to get out of the chalet in the morning (yet still before us I might add), he would hobble down to breakfast each day but we all admired him and hope we are all still going at his age.
