Yeah, my calves are nailed.


I tried some of her exercises that I saw in the paper, they were supposed to get you fit in '10 minutes a day', took me half an hour and nearly killed me.

But as TH said, yes it is good.

Oddly, since getting home from skiing 3 weeks ago, I've lost interest in exercise (not that I was overwhelmed by it beforehand). Still walk the dog, still sitting here with a glass of wine 8)

I love the boarder cross, but this is something I can feel more connected with being a skier, and these guys are insane.
I was in ADH when Graham Bell did that race, I may have mentioned it before. I watched some of the races and it was superb.


Me too! I haven't been this excited about skiing since I went skiing myself.
