After all the fuss I made I was dissapointed that a) the snooker put SS behind schedule and b) blink and you missed it - I'm sure it used to be on much longer than that even before they changed the format and included the mountain reports etc.

Oh well, only 6 weeks til I actually get to go skiing myself, although not at 90mph I might add.

I thought I was missing WC skiing - it used to be on Sunday mornings didn't it? How annoying the coverage has been cut - I love watching it :x

Good to hear we finally have some decent home grown talent - let's hope they make us proud.

And if all else fails there's the Hintertux glacier at the end of the valley.

I'll answer the handwarmer question - S&R handwarmers last for upto 12 hours apparently - not that I've ever had any.

My hubby has a habit of not being able to sleep due to excitement - 2 years ago we were flying out to Alpbach leaving at around 7am to get to the airport - he was awake at 1am, made a cup of tea and sat in bed watching TV all night. :roll:
