I haevnt booked anything so I am toing and froing over lots of different countries. still weighing up my sella ronda options lol as well as the milky way, oh and i had also fancied belle plagne.

anyway i digress, here is what the description of the itter apartment says
"Our house is located directly at the lift is connected to the green pistes. You pull the skis in front of the house and drive to be connected without difficulty lift."

 thats pretty clear then Karen 8)

well that was a waste of time lol as the owner just got back to me and said that she didnt have a room for when we want it but said her brother has a room in his house 5 minutes away. I am getting a bit sick of looking on homeandaway and holidayrentals and putting in the dates looking for the ideal apartment and the site shows that they have availablity and then when i contact them they havent. I feel like i am always back at square one. I am also thinking that maybe i have left it too late and should start looking at tour operators late deals coz at least they will be up to date. Ian, I wanted to ask them how you get back to the house, coz looking at the piste map, to ski back in, looks like you have to come in on a red run and I wanted to know how hard the red run was and if there was actually snow at that level at the min to ski back and what my options whould have been should the red be too difficult.

Try the Chalet Edelweiss in Itter, I highly recommend it (and they have a great bar in the basement so you can have a night out without actually going out).
