Well when the storms sock in this time of year, it usually means cancelled sailings, blocked roads, queues up the mountains and closed roads, windy up the top with lift closures, and pretty grim conditions all round.AllyG wrote:Oh no, that sounds pretty serious. My daughter's going to Tignes by coach leaving on the Friday with the Uni ski trip (24 hour journey). I hope the ferries aren't cancelled or the roads all blocked up with snow.
I want snow, but I want it all in the ski resorts. And I don't want there to be too much wind or they'll shut the gondolas and chairlifts.
And as for the dancing - well I wasn't responsible for that - I've been far too busy lately to do any dancing! :D
