I have stopped for a coffee at 10am some mornings and seen large groups of German blokes tucking into their 3rd pint.
Maybe the bars and cafes should have opening times for alcolholic drinks to help prevent this?


Witnessed the very same behaviour in Mayrhofen with fairly large groups of young German lads, these groups tend to be drinking clubs & are not there for the skiing, it has to be said that the vast majority of German guests are there for the skiing. Hasn't put me other Mayrhofen as they were in the minority. We normally go to Mayrhofen in January, not sure if it is better or worse at other times.

Now there's a question, I think you would be surprised by the answer!
