I think you'd have trouble with that - the sides of your specs and the band of the goggles will be an issue. You can get prescription goggles, at a price. Have you ever tried contacts? I wore glasses since I was 6 and in my mid-thirties tried lenses - no going back since.
Yeah, I knew that.

So do I, and I've worn goggles over my specs for many years, without any problems, and in all conditions.
Just make sure that the goggles you choose are marked OTG as this will ensure that the lens chamber will be big enough with plenty of ventilation.
Buy some Anti-fog Spray for your specs.

Here's a couple of examples....

Wow - excellent, I never knew you could wear goggles over specs. I had a dodgy eye while skiing a year ago and persevered with my lenses, but if I'd known I would have stuck on my glasses and got some appropriate goggles in the resort... I'll check these out. thanks!
Yeah, I knew that.

Since I posted the question, I emailed a friend of mine who has been skiing for many years and she has offered to lend me her goggles plus her demister (whatever that is!). She says the goggles don't fit over all styles of specs - but I've got two different pairs, so hopefully they will fit at over at least one.
I've only needed specs as I have got older, and I don't think contacts are going to be an option for me, because I need varifocals and also I have incredibly dry eyes.

bandit's answer (above) put me straight - I'm sure your goggles over specs will be fine. Have a great time!
Yeah, I knew that.

Admin sent me message a while back asking about the Oakley Crowbars I use and their suitability with glasses and with normal sized reading glasses they were great and pretty comfortable! (I borrowed my old mans for the comfort test)

As far as I know Admin went ahead and bought the goggles and was pretty happy.. as long as your reading glasses aren't ridiculously big you will get away with standard goggles@

Maybe admin will chime in here with how he is getting on with it.....

Pabs and Admin I'm very interested in the Crowbars. Oakley have changed their goggles lineup for the OTG range, and I think that the new Proven model is downmarket of the older L Frame (like the O but bigger), so I'm keeping a lookout for new ideas, after my huge disappointment with the Sinner Beast II.
Mind you I do have a stock of the L Frame put by....perhaps I could open my own shop )
