So, can either of you two guru`s tell me where to find a good downloadable piste map for Neiderau so I can study it a bit before I go ? I'm afraid it's not too up-to-date and with all due acknowledgements to the owners, here is a piste map ... I will try to scan a new one showing the new lifts soon :P

Further to Jan's piste map, the chairlift depicted is now a 4 seater, and goes higher up to the Lanerköpfl.

Yet another newbie to J2ski all this info on Niederau is great due to spend the new year there. Haven't visited Niedarau since 91, learnt to ski there in 87 88 89. Yes it took 4 years to learn how to stay upright on all slopes ! Enjoyed the pleasures of Bulgaria last year, But thought the kids would like to learn to ski properly this year so looking forward to my hol. Is it cheaper to buy lift passes and book skis boots in resort as last minute bargain hol on internet without offering these extras. 8)
