None of the ski instructors I have ever seen have been wearing helmets.
And I actually love the fact you dislike and disrespect the bobble as it makes me cool and different to the rest of the lidded sheep.

Five out of 27, indeed. As I said earlier, not universal. But I've certainly seen enough instructors wearing crash hats to disagree with the "I never seen one" statement!

And Tony I would never wear a bobble hat - proper ski hat perhaps (see my avatar, taken in 1977 to see the elegant difference!)

Again the point you are missing is "I", I am sure there are all sorts of Instructors out there wearing helmets bur again "I" have not seen them.

I'm not allowed to wear my Bobble in public .......
