Don't forget that booking with Mountain Sun means you won't be protected by ATOL or ABTA if they go bust, so you need to check if your travel insurance covers you for 'end supplier failure'!
I have annual ski travel insurance from PJ Hayman, bought through the Ski Club of GB, which does cover me for this, so I can book small independant hotels etc. without this particular worry, except that I'm only insured for the various constituent parts of the holiday that go bust, not the entire holiday, so that if the chalet or hotel go bust I still have my flights and then I have to find another chalet/hotel.
You're quite right, I think he did say that.
But he didn't say how much he was allowing for lift passes plus ski and boot hire. In my experience, unless he got one of those 2 for 1 lift pass deals or something, he could be looking at £200 for 6 day lift passes and £100 for ski and boot hire.

I think Sm4sh said at the beginning that money was the problem. If you can find him 6 days of ski-ing for just over £400 including flights, half-board accommodation, transfers, ski passes, and ski and boot hire then I'm sure he'd jump at it :)
If you could find all that for £400 I reckon we would all jump at it!
I think he said 400 quid for flights transfer and accommodation.

skiing is not a cheap pastime, with lift passes alone being for a family of three £500 plus, your best bet is a smallish resort , Last minute would be your best bet ….

I've found a week half board in Andorra, Pas de la Cassa, for £429. I am sure I could find cheaper still, Niederau for example was available B&B for £200 last season if my memory serves me right, and also Bulgaria can be done HB for under £400 no problem if that floats your boat.
Yes a 6 day lift pass will be about £200 or more pretty much most places. But Sm4sh was talking about affording the trip in terms of basics, and as I said, you'll find a week for more or less the same money as 3 days, no brainer.

Iv just been the travel agents and they found a week in Pas de la Cassa £750 for 2 people half board including transfers. Looking at the net lift pass for 5 days is £180. extra £300 quid would get me a week rather than the 3 days.
Shame my mrs is the boss else id have booked up a week ages ago
