So you can put it all back on over Christmas?
A mile and a half is a long way when it's the walk to work. Well done Rose!
I did my half hour on my step machine today and have eaten only low fat/healthy foods all day. It was so difficult to watch the rest of the family eating homemade burgers and chips, but I did not weaken...I am determined now! :D

Snowbandit,
Well done for doing the exercise. I'm trying to lose weight as well. I usually manage to lose about 2 lbs per week, so if you do the same you should manage to lose your 10 lbs by Christmas:D
Ideally I'd like to lose a stone by mid-February for the ski holiday, but half a stone will at least mean I can do up my ski trousers.

My goal is to loose 10lb by Christmas!

Have started my get fit to ski. Started a new job this week and instead of travelling to work can now walk. It is a mile and a half so not far but up and down two of the biggest hills in the area.
My calves really ache to-night so must be doing me good.

Well done, you two.
I am managing to refuse cake, and I'm eating salad, and doing exercises etc.
Aren't we good :D
