Having established that you can wrest some flexibility on days:
Bournemouth ~ Geneva, Fri 14th Feb, £93.74
GVA ~ Bournemouth, Mon 24th Feb, £83.74
Total, £177.48 plus baggage.
Not to mention, that you will get 9 or 10 days skiing, instead of 6 days. All for a lower start cost.
£354.96, instead of £800.
And, if you have the Head on the run, and can leave on the Thursday:
Bournemouth ~ Geneva, Thur 13th Feb, £42.74
GVA ~ Bournemouth, Mon 24th Feb, £83.74
Total, £126.48 plus baggage
£252.96, instead of £800.

You'd get Good Friday to travel down (if you drive that is).
Go somewhere high.
Prices don't tend to be anywhere near as high as half term in Feb, days longer, queues shorter and a week off after to recover and enjoy Spring!
