Hi, I'm going to stay in a friends flat outside of Bad Ischl in March and am looking to see which resorts are worthwhile nearby? I've found Dachstein which looks promising and Postalm seems to be the closest to the flat we'll be staying in.
Can anyone recommend any resorts nearby?

Hi
check out Krippenstein - fabulous 13km long run plus lots of off piste. Probably same distance as Gosau from Bad Ischl - past Hallstat on the map (town/village called Obertraun).
Also Loser (Altausee) is good but no bus to it.
We are also staying near Bad Ischl week of Feb 3rd :) and will be checking out a few of these as we have been before. Loser is not on the same Regional ski card so if you are going work out is it worth getting the weekly card or not.
