Hotel Armitage and Conference Centre is located just a 3-minute walk from Tauranga city centre and 10 minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches of Mount Maunganui. It features a 24-hour reception and an outdoor pool with sun loungers.

Important Information

You must show a valid credit card and photo ID upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.

Starting from 13 October 2025, essential upgrade works to replace one of our two guest lifts will commence. This project is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing guest comfort and safety.

During this period, one lift will be unavailable, and guests may experience noise during standard work hours (9am – 5:30pm). The works are expected to continue for approximately 2 to 3 months.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
