Please inform Villa Del Lago in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of NZD 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Please note that there is a 2.75% charge when you pay with a credit card. This property accepts payment via China UnionPay credit cards and WeChat Pay. Please note that valid ID must match the credit card used to make the booking upon arrival.
