Doubtless Bay Villas features views of amazing scenery and long stretches of beautiful beaches. The property is located in northern New Zealand, a 40-minute drive from Kerikeri. Free WiFi access is provided.

All villas include chic décor, stylish furnishings and glass-enclosed terraces with uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean. Each unit has a kitchenette or kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, and toaster. There is also a large lounge area with Sky TV and/or a Smart TV.

The property has a tennis court and it provides free on-site parking. You can book trips and activities to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Doubtless Bay Villas are a 45-minute drive from Kauri Cliffs Golf Club and an hour’s drive from Bay of Island. Cape Reinga is a 2-hour drive away.

Luxury Studio (Sleeps 3, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
   

Luxury Studio. All bookable Studios have unrestricted sea views. The studio features a kitchenette, Sky and/or Smart TV, an en-suite bathroom (with shower but no bath), and a patio with ocean views. Please note that there is no capacity for additional guests. The Studio kitchenette does not have an oven/stove-top. A small, portable gas BBQ is available to use near the tennis court (subject to availability). *To get to the Studio (inside the Villa), there is a flight of stairs with a handrail. Staff will assist with luggage when you check in. For most (but not all) Villas, there is also a flight of stairs outside from the road/parking area to the Villa entrance door. All Studios have a portable fan and heater (but no air-conditioning). Studios have free, unallocated, uncovered parking bay spaces near the Studios (10-30m depending on Studio allocation). The covered parking spaces outside the Studio are allocated to the upstairs Villa guests (but may be available for Studio guests to use if the Villa is not already booked during your stay. We will advise on check-in.

Luxury One-Bedroom Villa This villa features a full kitchen and laundry facilities. There is a spacious living/dining area and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. Guests can enjoy splendid views of Pacific Ocean from their private balcony. Please note that there is no capacity for additional guests. *To get to the bedroom, once inside the Villa, there is a flight of stairs with handrail. Staff will assist with luggage when you check in. For most (but not all) Villas there is also a flight of stairs outside from the road/parking area to the Villa entrance door.
