In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that children between 0-3 years stay free of charge. From the 5th person, children from 4 to 16 years stay at the price of 50 euros per night. A maximum of 4 children can stay in our establishments. Please note that when guests would like to obtain an invoice for their prepaid rate it is possible to for it in the requests box, indicating the contact details of their company. In case of early departure, the property will charge the guests the total amount of their stay. Since this property is located in a residential area, the accommodation asks guests to avoid excessive noise. Please note that from 15.12.2023 a private, heated outdoor swimming pool will be available in the chalets Our, Sauer and Mosel.
