This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Piscina panoramica is closed from Mon 14 Oct 2024 until Sun 13 Apr 2025 Hot tub/jacuzzi is closed from Mon 14 Oct 2024 until Sun 13 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates. Heating is not included. It is mandatory to leave kitchen area clean as it was found, if not additional cleaning cost will be charged on guest. Guests can find instructions about waste sorting in every room of the property. For late check-ins (19.00-24.00) guests will be charged an additional cost of 50 EUR. If guest arrive later than time previosly indicated, he will be charged for an additional cost of 100 EUR. All the late check-ins requests will have to be confirmed from the property first. Check-in outside reception hours is only possible if arranged in advance with the property.
