This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon arrival, guests must present a credit card for additional services. The reception closes at 12:00 on Sundays and public holidays. Please note that you can only relax in the wellness area during opening hours. The following times are possible by appointment: Monday to Saturday: 08:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sundays and public holidays: 08:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. Use per person: EUR 30 for up to 2 hours Each additional hour: EUR 15 per person Private use of the spa: EUR 50 once EUR 20 surcharge for use of the SPA on Saturdays between 12 p.m. and 9.30 p.m. or on Sundays and public holidays between 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. (only possible with a private SPA booking) Baby cots are available on request.
