Located in the heart of Valberg, in the Mercantour National Park, Résidence Valberg Plaza is just 100 metres from the ski slopes. This studio will provide you with a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a sleeping corner separate by a curtain.

Important Information

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Towels and bed linen are not provided. You can bring your own or buy disposable towels and bed linen (at the following rates): BED KIT FORMULA (economical) 1 bedding kit for 2 persons 4€ 1 bedding kit for 1 person 3€ 1 bath sheet 2€ You will have to clean the studio before your departure. Please inform the owner in advance of your expected arrival time in order to arrange for key collection. Contact information is provided on your booking confirmation. There is no front desk, luggage storage or food service. You will be required to present photo identification and a credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Bachelor parties and similar events are not permitted at this facility. This will be charged to your account 7 days prior to your arrival. It must be paid by credit card. The refund should be made within 7 days of your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, if no damage has been found by the establishment. Please note that children under the age of 18 are only allowed to stay in the hotel if accompanied by an adult. Only one small pet per room is allowed upon prior request and at an additional cost.
