Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own. Bed linen is included. Please note that the service charges have to be paid upon arrival.
