This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Additional cleaning services is possible at a surcharge. Please note guests are required to wear slippers on the wooden stairs. Guests must provide their own slippers. Please note that pets are only permitted in the Five-Bedroom House and the One-Bedroom House. Only one pet is permitted per house and the pet must weigh less than 12 kg. A shared lounge, including a large kitchen, two large dining tables and a sitting area with wood burning stove can be accessed at a surcharge, but only for guests who book those 3 houses at the same time.
