Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Late arrivals after 21:00 cannot be accommodated. Upstairs is the bedroom, dressing room and bathroom with toilet. It is to be noted that the wrought iron staircase (in spiral) made to measure to a passage of 50 cm. The apartment is not suitable for children between 3 and 13 years old.
