Please note that if you are traveling with pets, the property can only accommodate one pet per accommodation for a surcharge of EUR 12 per night upon prior confirmation.

Please note that we do not accept checks and holiday vouchers. Reservations must be paid by card. Please note that 2 of the 4 beds in the Chalet (2 Adults + 2 Children) and the Chalet - Lake View (2 Adults + 2 Children) are not suitable for children over 12 years old, as the dimensions are as follows: single bed (70 x 190 cm).

For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.

For group bookings (5 units or more), group conditions may apply: prepayment of the full amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival.
