Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 30 Sept 2023 until Tue 30 Apr 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the owner lives on the same property but in another house. The pool, sun terrace, pétanque area and parking are at guests'private use.
