You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that for late arrivals the following fees apply: - Arrivals after 18:00: EUR 30 - Arrivals on Sundays: EUR 50 Please note that children under 3 are not accepted in the Aqua-space relaxation centre (swimming pool, hot tub, hammam and massage water jets). Please note that towels and cleaning products are not provided. Please note that towels rental is not included in the price and is at an extra cost. On afternoon, guests can get free 1-hour access to Aqua-space relaxation from Monday to Saturday. Please note that a swimming cap is compulsory for the swimming pool. Shorts and bermuda shorts are forbidden in the swimming pool and wellness center, only swimming trunks and boxer swimsuits are allowed. Please note that a Sanitary Pass is mandatory for access to the Spa area as well as for the wellness area.
