This Pierre & Vacances residence offers air-conditioned apartments, located in central Antibes, 100 metres from Port Vauban. It has an outdoor pool, hot tub and a sunbathing terrace. A well-being centre is also available at an extra cost.
Important Information
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Port Prestige in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception opening hours : - Sunday to Friday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. - Saturday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. Prices include: all taxes and fees (except for the city tax and the possible booking fees), TV, bath linen (1 towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, beds made on arrival, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes) , basic WiFi and 2 bathrobes. The outdoor pool is open from May to October. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
