In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must clean the accommodation at the end of their stay, otherwise end-of-stay cleaning is available at an additional cost. Please note that the indoor parking is closed from 22:00 until 07:30. The outdoor public parking is still available during this time. Please note that reservation is not needed for the parking. There is 1 parking space per booking. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided, but can be rented from the property. the restaurant will be closed from the end of October until 1 May the heated swimming pool will be open until April Please note that breakfast served in the dining room and costs EUR 8 per person. Please note that arrivals are not possible after 20:00. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided for stays longer than 1 night but can be rented on site at an extra cost.
