In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that you must provide an ID and the credit card used for the reservation upon arrival. If your name does not match this credit card, you will have to provide another credit card or use another payment method. The residence is open at the following times: - Monday to Sunday: from 08:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 20:00. Please contact the hotel if you plan to arrive after 20:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning is included in the rate. For stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is available at an extra charge of EUR 10 per day. Please note that check in on Fridays and Saturdays is from 15:00 to 20:00. A baby bed and a high chair are available free of charge, upon reservation. The token for the laundry room costs EUR 6 for the washing machine and EUR 4 for the tumble dryer. Guests have to ask for the laundry room key at the reception. For bookings of 5 rooms and more, the property reserves the right to charge a prepayment. A maximum of 1 pet can be accommodated per apartment.
