Should you not receive this information within 24 hours of booking, please contact the apartments directly. • Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due at least 1 days prior to arrival. You will receive a secure link called SOTpay to complete your transaction with Visa or Mastercard. Due to security reasons this link can only be opened once and will expire after 24 hours. • Please inform us of your arrival time . If you are arriving outside of our reception opening hours you will be emailed self -check in instructions once you have paid. • Reservations for 3 or more rooms will be considered a group booking and separate terms and conditions apply . Please note, the underground car park facilities on Minster Street can only be accessed between 11:00 and 16:00 due to bus lane restrictions, please contact the property with your car details to obtain 24hr CCTV exemption. Parking spaces must be booked in advance , charged at £15 per night. Please note the Height restriction in our Car Park is 1.9m . If you vechicle is over this please advise. • If you are arriving by taxi please note only black cabs have 24 hour access. Alternatively you would be dropped off a short walk away.
